How do I access the resident portal or app before arrival?
You can access the Scape resident portal and app before you arrive, so it is a good idea to get set up before move-in day.
Download the Scape App from the App Store if you use iOS, or Google Play if you use Android. Log in using the account details you created during your booking. This is the same account you use to manage your booking, payments and important information.
What you can use it for
- Pre-arrival updates: keep track of useful move-in information from Scape.
- Building information: check details about your room, facilities and services.
- Maintenance requests: once you move in, you can report repairs through the app.
- Parcel notifications: receive updates when parcels are ready to collect.
- Messaging the team: contact Scape if you need help.
You can also access the resident portal using the link in your Booking Confirmation email. If you cannot log in, check you are using the email address linked to your booking. If you are still stuck, contact the Scape team before you arrive so we can help you get access.
