How do I access and use the resident portal?
You can access your resident portal using the link in your booking confirmation email, or through the Scape app. Use the same account details you created when you made your booking.
Your portal is where you can check and manage key parts of your stay, including your booking details, important documents, payments and any information Scape has shared with you.
If you cannot log in
- Check that you are using the email address linked to your booking.
- Use the forgot password option to reset your password if needed.
- Check your inbox and junk folder for any reset or booking emails from Scape.
- Try opening the portal from your booking confirmation email, as this should take you to the right place.
You can also use the Scape app to stay connected during your stay, including managing maintenance requests, tracking parcels, booking rooms, viewing events and messaging the team.
If you are still having trouble accessing your account, contact your Scape reception team or send a message through the Scape app. The team can help check your details and get you back in.
