How do group bookings work?

Group bookings at Scape are made individually, but the team can try to place you and your friends together or close by where availability allows.

Each person in the group should complete their own online booking. Ideally, everyone should book at around the same time, choosing the same building and suitable room types. Once you have booked, contact the Scape sales team so we can note that you would like to be grouped together.

How group bookings work

  • Each person books separately: every student has their own booking and contract.
  • Book at the same time: this gives the team the best chance of finding suitable rooms.
  • Share your details: send the names and booking details for everyone in the group.
  • Grouping is requested: Scape will try to place you together or nearby, but this depends on availability.

Please remember that group placement cannot be guaranteed, especially if rooms are limited or your group needs different room types. If living together is a priority, contact the sales team before booking so we can explain what may be possible at your chosen building.
