How can I view my payment history?
You can view your payment history in your Scape account. This is the best place to check payments you have already made, upcoming amounts and your full payment schedule.
What you can usually see
- Past payments: payments that have been received and applied to your account.
- Receipts: confirmation of payments made through the portal.
- Upcoming payments: future instalments, due dates and amounts.
- Your payment schedule: the full rent schedule linked to your booking.
If you have made a payment but cannot see it in your account, remember that some payment methods can take longer to clear, especially manual bank transfers or international payments. You can also check your Flywire payment status if you paid through Flywire.
If something still does not look right, contact bookings.uk@scape.com. Include your full name, booking reference if you have it, the email address used to book and any payment receipt or reference, so the team can look into it quickly.
