How and when do I submit my documents?
You do not need to upload documents when you book. Scape checks your documents in person when you arrive for check-in.
Please bring the documents you need with you on move-in day, so the team can confirm your identity and student status before you settle into your new home.
When to provide documents
- At booking: no document upload is required.
- Before arrival: keep your ID and student status evidence ready, especially if your confirmation is digital.
- At check-in: show your documents to the Scape team in person.
You’ll usually need a passport or government-issued ID, plus evidence that you are enrolled at, or due to study with, a recognised education provider. This could include a UCAS number, student ID or other enrolment confirmation.
