Do I need to set up utilities, Wi-Fi or other services?
No, you do not need to set up utilities, Wi-Fi or other essential services before you move in. Heating, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included in your rent and will be active from your contract start date.
This means there are no separate utility accounts to create, no broadband contract to arrange and no extra supplier bills to manage. Lovely and simple.
What is already included?

- Water: included, with no separate water account needed.
- Electricity: included for normal residential use.
- Wi-Fi: available in your building from the start of your stay.
You’ll receive Wi-Fi connection instructions at check-in or through the Scape App. If you have any trouble getting online after you arrive, speak to reception or use the Scape App to contact the team.
Before move-in, focus on sorting your payments, documents, arrival time, bedding, kitchen essentials and contents insurance. Your utilities and Wi-Fi will be ready when you get here.
