Do I need to pay to secure my booking?

Yes. You’ll need to make an initial payment to secure your Scape booking.

Your room is only officially secured once Scape has received this payment in cleared funds and sent you a booking confirmation email. Signing your Residence Agreement alone does not confirm the booking.

How much is the initial payment?

For most Scape buildings, the initial payment is equal to 14 days’ rent. For Scape Bloomsbury and Scape King’s Cross, the initial payment is equal to 28 days’ rent.

This is not an extra fee. It is deducted from your total residence fee, so it counts towards the rent you’ll pay for your stay.

What happens next?

• Choose your room: select your preferred room and contract option online
• Review your agreement: check your Residence Agreement carefully before signing
• Pay the initial amount: complete the payment shown during checkout
• Check your email: your booking is confirmed once Scape sends your confirmation email
