Do I need to pay for laundry?

Yes, laundry is paid for separately at Scape. It is not included in your rent, so you will need to pay each time you use the washers or dryers.

Laundry facilities are managed by Circuit Laundry, and prices are set by Circuit. You can check the current cost of a wash or dry in the Circuit Laundry app or in your building’s laundry room.

How to pay for laundry

• Circuit Laundry app: download the app, create an account and follow the instructions to pay for your machine.
• Laundry card: you can use a Circuit laundry card if you prefer not to pay through the app.
• Top-ups: follow the instructions from Circuit to add credit to your account or card.

Before starting a cycle, make sure you have enough credit, have selected the correct machine and have chosen the right wash or dry setting. Instructions are usually displayed in the laundry room.

If you have a payment issue or a machine does not start, contact Circuit Laundry support. You can also let reception know if there appears to be a problem with the laundry room.
