Do I need to make any payments before moving in?

Yes. Before you move in, you’ll need to make sure both your damage deposit and first rent instalment have been paid and cleared.

These payments must be completed before check-in. If they have not cleared by the time you arrive, the Scape team will not be able to issue your keys, so it is worth sorting them well ahead of your move-in day.

Payments to complete before arrival

• Damage deposit: you’ll need to pay your £400 damage deposit before check-in.
• First rent instalment: your first instalment must be paid in line with your payment schedule and received in cleared funds.

You can check your payment schedule, amounts due and payment status in your Scape account. If you are paying by bank transfer, allow extra time for the money to process and clear, especially if you are paying from outside the UK.
