Do I need to create an account to book?

Yes. You’ll need to create a Scape account as part of the booking process.

Your account is created near the start of your online booking. It keeps your details in one place and gives you access to the information you’ll need before and during your stay.

What your Scape account is used for

• Managing your booking: view your room details, contract dates and booking status
• Making payments: check payment amounts and due dates and make payments online
• Accessing documents: find important documents such as invoices and your Residence Agreement
• Keeping your details up to date: make sure Scape has the right contact information for you

Once your account is set up, you can continue with your booking by reviewing your Residence Agreement, signing it digitally and making the required initial payment.

Use an email address you check regularly, as Scape will send important booking, payment and arrival information there. If you have trouble creating or accessing your account, contact the Scape team and we’ll help you get back on track.
