Do I need to complete any forms or checks before arrival?

There are no extra mandatory pre-arrival forms beyond the steps completed during booking, but there are a few checks to be ready for when you arrive.

Your document verification and Right to Rent check will happen at check-in, so make sure you bring the right documents with you. You’ll need a passport or government-issued ID, plus proof of student status such as a student ID, UCAS number or enrolment confirmation.

Before you arrive

• Check your payments: make sure your damage deposit and first rent instalment have been paid and cleared.
• Prepare your documents: keep your ID and student evidence easy to access on move-in day.
• Download the Scape App: this is where you can access useful building information and contact the team.
• Complete the gym waiver if needed: if your building has a gym and you want access from day one, you may be able to complete the waiver in the Scape App before arrival.
