Do I need to book a move-in slot?
Yes, you’ll need to confirm a move-in slot before you arrive. Scape uses an arrival scheduling system to help keep move-in day calm, organised and as smooth as possible for everyone.
Before your contract start date, Scape will email you asking you to confirm a rough arrival time. Please respond to that email with the time you expect to arrive, so the team knows when to expect you and can plan check-ins properly.
What to do
- Check your email: look out for arrival information from Scape before your start date.
- Confirm your arrival time: reply to the scheduling email with your expected move-in time.
- Keep your plans updated: if your travel changes, let your building reception team know.
- Bring your documents: have your ID and proof of student status ready when you arrive.
If you do not receive an arrival scheduling email, contact your building reception team before you travel. They can confirm what you need to do and help you plan your check-in.
