Do guests need to check in?

Yes, all guests need to check in at reception before they can access the building. This is an important security step that helps keep everyone at Scape safe.

What guests need to do

• Sign in at reception: your guest must go to reception when they arrive.
• Show ID: they should bring valid identification with them.
• Complete the sign-in form: reception will ask them to provide the details needed for building access.
• Wait for access: guests should not enter residential areas until the check-in process is complete.

You are responsible for your guest throughout their visit, including their behaviour, noise, safety and any damage they cause. Please make sure they follow Scape’s house rules, respect other residents and leave shared spaces as they found them.

If your guest is staying overnight, make sure the stay is occasional and follows Scape’s overnight guest guidance. Long-term or frequent stays by the same person are not permitted.
