Can Scape change policies after I’ve booked?

Scape may update its Booking Terms and Conditions and policies from time to time. However, the version in force when you make your booking will usually apply to your booking.

There may be exceptions if a change is required by law, or if Scape reasonably considers that the update will not materially disadvantage you. If a policy change would materially affect your booking, Scape will take reasonable steps to let you know in advance.

What this means for you

  • Your booking terms matter: keep a copy of the documents shown when you book.
  • Policy updates can happen: Scape may update policies to stay legally compliant or improve how things work.
  • Material changes will be communicated: if a change has a meaningful impact, Scape will aim to tell affected residents in advance.
  • Check your Scape account: your key booking documents and agreement are available there.

If you are unsure which policy version applies to your booking, contact bookings.uk@scape.com with your booking reference and question. The team can check your booking and explain the next step clearly.
