Can I save my progress and come back later?
Yes. If you’ve started a booking but are not ready to complete it, Scape can hold your selected room for 72 hours.
This gives you time to come back, review the details and finish your booking without losing the room straight away. Your room hold begins once you have selected a room and created your Scape account.
What to remember
- Your hold lasts 72 hours: after this, the room is released back to general availability if the booking is not completed
- You still need to finish the booking: your room is not fully secured until the required initial payment has cleared and Scape has sent your booking confirmation email
- Check your details carefully: use this time to read your Residence Agreement, review payment details and make sure the room is right for you
If your hold expires, you may need to choose another available room. Pricing, offers and discount codes can also change, so it’s best to complete your booking within the hold period if you’re happy with your choice.
