Can I request a quiet or single-gender flat?

Scape does not offer quiet flat or single-gender flat requests as part of the standard booking process.

We know that where you live can make a big difference to how settled you feel, so the team will always try to create a welcoming and respectful living environment for everyone. However, we cannot allocate rooms based on quiet flat or single-gender preferences.

• Speak to the team: if you have a specific wellbeing, accessibility or medical need, contact Scape before booking.
• Review shared living expectations: the Scape team can explain what communal living is like before you decide.
