Can I move to a different room or property?
Room moves may be possible in some cases, but they always depend on availability and approval from the Scape team.
If you would like to move to a different room in your current building, contact bookings.uk@scape.com with your request. Include your full name, current building, room number and the type of room you are interested in moving to. The team will check what is available and let you know what options may be possible.
Moving to a different Scape building is treated differently. In most cases, this is handled as a cancellation of your current booking and a new booking for the other property. This means availability, contract terms, pricing and any cancellation conditions will need to be reviewed before anything can be confirmed.
Before you request a move
- Think about why you want to move and what would help.
- Check whether your preferred room type or property is available on scape.com.
- Speak to your reception team if the issue relates to maintenance, noise or your wellbeing.
The team will always try to help where they can, but room moves and transfers are not guaranteed.
