Can I manage the booking on behalf of a student?
You can help manage parts of a student’s Scape booking, but the booking itself must stay in the student’s name.
All legal agreements and main booking communications are with the student, as they are the resident. This means Scape can’t share account details, login information or personal booking information with a parent, guardian or trusted person unless the student has given permission.
What you can help with
- Making payments through the student’s Scape portal, if they have shared access with you.
- Helping the student review booking details, contract dates and payment information.
- Supporting with paperwork, move-in plans and practical arrangements.
- Contacting the Scape team with general questions about the booking process.
If you need to access the student’s booking, please ask the student to log in to their Scape portal or share the relevant information with you directly. For privacy and security, Scape can’t provide account credentials to anyone other than the student.
If there’s a concern about the booking, the best next step is for the student to contact the Scape team directly through their portal or by speaking to the team at their building.
