Can I connect multiple devices?

Yes, you can connect multiple devices to the Wi-Fi at Scape. Your Ask4 account is designed for normal student use, so you can get your everyday devices online without needing a separate internet plan.

Devices you can connect

  • Laptop or desktop: for studying, streaming and video calls.
  • Phone and tablet: for everyday browsing, messaging and apps.
  • Games consoles: where supported by Ask4 setup guidance.
  • Smart devices: if compatible with the building network and Ask4 registration process.

You can use both wireless and wired connections. For wireless access, connect to the Ask4 network and follow the setup steps at signup.ask4.com. For a wired connection, plug an ethernet cable into the wall socket in your room and follow the same signup process.

There is no set device limit for normal household use, but the connection should be used responsibly and fairly. If you have trouble adding a device, contact Ask4 for support or ask reception to point you in the right direction.
