Can I cancel during the cooling-off period?

Yes, you can cancel during the cooling-off period. You do not need to give a reason, but your cancellation request must be made within the correct cooling-off window.

The cooling-off period is 7 days from the date of application if you applied between 1 November and 30 June, or 48 hours if you applied between 1 July and 31 October. If your contract Start Date arrives before the cooling-off period would normally end, your right to cancel ends on the Start Date.

How to cancel

  • Email the bookings team: contact bookings.uk@scape.com.
  • Include your details: share your full name, booking reference if you have one, the email address used to book and your Scape building.
  • Be clear: state that you want to cancel your booking during the cooling-off period.
  • Wait for confirmation: Scape will review your request and confirm the next steps in writing.

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, any payments made will be refunded in line with Scape’s Refund Policy. Refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
