Can I book without a confirmed visa?
Yes, you can book a room at Scape without a confirmed visa.
Scape does not require proof of immigration status when you make a booking. This means you can secure your accommodation while your visa application is still in progress, as long as you meet the standard eligibility requirements for living with Scape.
You will need to be a student, or have a place on a course that is due to start soon, and you must be aged 18 or over on your contract start date.
Before you book
- Check your course status: make sure you have an offer or are enrolled with a recognised university or higher education institution.
- Review your contract dates: your contract should match your study and arrival plans.
- Keep your documents ready: you’ll need suitable ID and proof of student status when you check in.
If your visa is delayed, refused or your study plans change, contact the Scape bookings team as soon as you know. We’ll explain what options may be available and what evidence you may need to provide.
