Can I book over the phone or in person?

Scape bookings are completed online, but you don’t have to figure everything out alone.

The quickest and most secure way to book is through the online booking system on scape.com. This is where you’ll choose your room, create your account, review your Residence Agreement, sign digitally and make the required initial payment.

Can I get help before I book?

Yes. The Scape team can support you by phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp or in person at one of our buildings. We can help you compare locations, understand room types, check what’s available and talk through the booking steps.

Even if a member of the team helps you, the actual booking still needs to be completed through Scape’s online system. This makes sure your room, contract and payment details are all recorded safely in your account.
