Can I book a room with friends?

Yes, you can book a room with friends at Scape. Each person will need to make their own individual booking, but the Scape team can try to group you together within the same shared apartment where availability allows.

The best approach is for everyone in your group to book independently, ideally around the same time, then contact the Scape sales team with your request to be grouped together.

How to book with friends

  • Choose the same building: make sure everyone is booking at the same Scape location.
  • Book compatible room types: grouping depends on the rooms available in shared apartments.
  • Book close together: this improves the chance of suitable rooms still being available.
  • Contact the team: share each person’s name and booking details so Scape can note your preference.

We will always do our best to help, but grouping friends together depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. If living together is important, contact the Scape sales team before or straight after booking so we can explain what may be possible.
