Can I arrive early, late or outside reception hours?

Standard check-in is usually available from 2pm to 8pm on the start date of your contract. Please try to arrive during your confirmed arrival window, as this helps the team keep move-in running smoothly.

If you arrive early

If you arrive before 2pm, your room may not be ready yet. Where possible, the team may be able to store your luggage so you can head out and come back when your room is ready. Luggage storage depends on the building and how busy move-in is, so it is best to check with reception in advance.

If you arrive late

If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please contact your building reception team as soon as possible. Reception is available 24/7 and can arrange access, but they need to know your plans ahead of time.

If you arrive outside normal check-in hours, the team may complete the essential access steps when you get there, then arrange your full building briefing for the next morning.
