Are there any restrictions on deliveries?

Yes, there are a few delivery guidelines to help keep your building safe, organised and easy for everyone to use.

Delivery address

Always include your full name, Scape building address and apartment or room number when ordering anything. If your room or apartment number is missing, your delivery may be delayed or harder for the team to identify.

Food deliveries and takeaways

Food deliveries and takeaways should be delivered to the front door of the building. Please meet your rider or driver promptly when they arrive, as reception may not be able to hold hot food or perishable items.

Couriers and building access

For security, couriers may be asked to remove helmets when entering the building. Please remind delivery riders or couriers of this if needed, and follow any instructions from reception.

Large deliveries

If you are expecting a very large, heavy or bulky delivery, contact reception in advance. The team can advise whether it can be accepted, where it should go and whether any special arrangements are needed.
