Are offers applied automatically?
No, promotional offers are not always applied automatically. If an offer uses a discount code, you need to enter that code manually at checkout before you complete your booking.
Once a valid code has been entered, the discount should be applied during the online booking process. Always check the total cost before making your initial payment, so you know the offer has been included correctly.
Before you pay
- Enter the discount code: add it in the promotional code field at checkout.
- Check the terms: make sure the offer applies to your room, building and contract length.
- Review the price: confirm the discount appears before you continue.
- Do not wait until later: offers usually cannot be added after your booking is confirmed.
