Yes, bills are included in your rent at Scape. Heating, water and electricity are all covered, so you do not need to set up separate utility accounts or worry about paying different suppliers each month.

This is one of the big differences between living at Scape and renting privately. With private renting, you may need to organise bills, split costs with housemates and manage changing prices. At Scape, your essential utilities are included in your rent, making your payments simpler and easier to plan.
