If you cancel within the applicable cooling-off period, you may be eligible for a full refund in line with Scape’s Refund Policy. After the cooling-off period, refunds are assessed under the Refund Policy and may depend on your specific situation.

If your study plans change, such as a withdrawal, deferral, exclusion or refusal of your university place, Scape’s Change of Study Circumstances policy may apply. You’ll usually need to provide evidence so the team can review your case.
