How long is the standard residence agreement?

Our standard academic year contract is 51 weeks. It usually starts in September and runs through to the following August. It covers the full academic year, so you won’t need to find somewhere else to stay during the holidays.

A limited number of shorter contracts are available at some buildings, including 44-week options and semester-length stays. These depend on availability and fixed start and end dates.
