Will there be support available when I arrive?

Yes, support will be available when you arrive. Scape reception is staffed 24/7, so there will be someone on site to welcome you, check you in and help if you have any questions.

When you check in, the team will guide you through the key things you need to know about your building. This may include how to access your room, where to find shared spaces, how to use facilities and what to do if you need help during your stay.

What support is available?

  • 24/7 reception: the team is available day and night for help, questions and urgent issues.
  • Check-in support: staff will help verify your documents and issue your keys once everything is complete.
  • Building orientation: you’ll be shown or told about key spaces, facilities and how things work.
  • On-arrival issues: if something is not right, such as a room cleanliness issue or missing item, report it to reception straight away.

If you are arriving late, let your building reception team know in advance where possible. Keep your ID, student documents and arrival information easy to access so check-in can run smoothly.
