Will staff be available to help on move-in day?
Yes. The Scape team will be available to help on move-in day and welcome you when you arrive.
Please head to reception when you get to the building. The team will guide you through check-in, issue your access once your ID, student documents and payments have been verified, and give you a short building orientation so you know where the key spaces are and how things work.
If you have a problem when you arrive, please tell the team straight away. This might include:
- a question about your room or booking
- a missing item
- a cleanliness issue
- damage or something not working properly
- trouble with your key fob or access
Reporting issues quickly helps the team log them properly and support you as soon as possible. If it relates to your room condition, make sure it is also recorded as part of your inventory check within 48 hours of check-in.
