Will Scape accept parcels on my behalf?
Yes, Scape can accept parcels on your behalf. Small parcels and post are usually placed in the post area or post boxes behind reception, while larger parcels are held at reception for collection.
You’ll be notified through the Scape App when a parcel is ready to collect, so make sure you download the app and turn on notifications before you move in.
How to address your delivery
- Use your full name: match the name on your booking where possible.
- Include your Scape building: add the full building name and address.
- Add your apartment or room number: this is important so the team can identify your parcel.
- Track your delivery: keep your courier tracking details handy.
If you are expecting a large delivery, multiple parcels or anything that may need extra space, contact your building reception team in advance. Storage space can be limited, especially around move-in, so it helps the team to know what is coming.
