Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. Scape will send you a Booking Confirmation email once your initial payment has cleared.

This email confirms that your room has been secured, so keep it somewhere safe. It will be sent to the email address linked to your Scape account.

If you don’t see it

  • Check your spam or junk folder: confirmation emails can sometimes land there
  • Check the email address you used to book: make sure you’re looking at the right inbox
  • Allow a few minutes: the email is sent after the initial payment clears

If you still haven’t received your confirmation email, contact bookings.uk@scape.com. Include your full name and the email address you used to make the booking so the team can find your details quickly.

Until you receive the Booking Confirmation email, do not assume your room is secured. Your booking is only confirmed once Scape has received your initial payment in cleared funds and sent the confirmation email.
