Will I be notified when a parcel arrives?
Yes, you will usually be notified through the Scape app when a larger parcel arrives for you at reception. This helps you know when your parcel is ready to collect, without needing to keep checking in person.
Small post, such as letters and smaller items, is usually placed directly into your post box behind reception. You can collect this using the post box key you were given at check-in, so you may not receive a separate notification for every small item.
To make sure you receive parcel alerts
- Download and log in to the Scape app: use the account linked to your booking.
- Turn on notifications: allow app notifications on your phone so you do not miss parcel updates.
- Use the correct delivery address: always include your full name, Scape building address and room or apartment number.
- Collect promptly: once you are notified, pick up your parcel from reception as soon as you can.
If you are expecting a parcel but have not received a notification, speak to reception. The team can check whether it has arrived and help you find the right next step.
