Who to contact depends on where you are in your Scape journey.
If you are making a booking
If you have a payment question before or during booking, contact the bookings team at bookings.uk@scape.com. They can help with payment schedules, amounts due, booking payments, receipts and anything that looks unclear before you move in.
If you already live at Scape
If you are a current resident, speak to your building team. They can help with rent queries, missed or upcoming payments, deposit questions and anything linked to your stay.
If your payment is through Flywire
For payment tracking, failed payments or questions about international transfers, contact Flywire directly through the payment process. They are best placed to help with transaction status, currency options and transfer issues.
When contacting Scape, include your full name, booking reference if you have one, the email address linked to your booking, your building and any payment reference. This helps the team find your account quickly and get you the right support.
