When should I arrange my renewal?

Arrange your renewal as early as you can. Rooms can book up quickly, especially popular room types and buildings, so waiting until later in your contract may limit your options.

Current residents are usually given priority access through Scape’s annual rebooker window. This typically opens in autumn, and it is the best time to secure your preferred room, room type or building for the next year.

Why booking early helps

• You have a better chance of staying in your current room.
• You can explore other room types before availability becomes limited.
• You have more time to review pricing, payments and your new Residence Agreement.
• You reduce the risk of your preferred building or room type selling out.

Your same room is not guaranteed, even if you are already living in it, so it is worth acting during the rebooker window if you know you want to stay.
