Before you contact Ask4, it can help to restart your device, check you are connected to the correct Ask4 network and try logging in again through signup.ask4.com. If you are using a wired connection, check that your ethernet cable is securely plugged into the wall socket and your device.
If the issue seems to affect multiple residents or a large part of the building, please also report it to reception. The Scape team can check whether there is a wider building issue and help coordinate updates.
