If your circumstances change during your stay, please contact Scape as soon as possible. The earlier the team knows, the easier it is to understand your situation and talk you through your options.

This could include changes to your student status, health or wellbeing needs, financial situation, contact details or anything else that may affect your booking or your day-to-day life at Scape.

What to do next

  • Email bookings.uk@scape.com if the change may affect your booking, contract or payments.
  • Speak to your building reception team if you need day-to-day support or are already living with us.
  • Use the Scape app to message the team if that is easier for you.
  • Update your personal details in your resident account if your phone number, email address or home address changes.

Try to share the key details clearly, including your full name, building, room number and what has changed. You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for help. The team will listen, explain what may be possible and guide you towards the best next step.
