This could include changes to your student status, health or wellbeing needs, financial situation, contact details or anything else that may affect your booking or your day-to-day life at Scape. ### What to do next - Email [bookings.uk@scape.com](mailto:bookings.uk@scape.com) if the change may affect your booking, contract or payments. - Speak to your building reception team if you need day-to-day support or are already living with us. - Use the Scape app to message the team if that is easier for you. - Update your personal details in your resident account if your phone number, email address or home address changes. Try to share the key details clearly, including your full name, building, room number and what has changed. You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for help.
