What should I do if I feel unsafe?

If you feel unsafe at any point, please go to reception or contact the Scape team straight away. Reception is available 24/7, so there is always someone you can speak to.

If you are in immediate danger, call 999 first. This includes situations where someone is threatening you, a crime is happening, you are at risk of harm or someone needs urgent emergency help. Once it is safe, let the Scape team know so they can support you.

If you feel unsafe because of another resident, visitor or someone outside the building, tell the team what has happened. They will listen, take your concern seriously and help decide the next steps. This may include logging an incident, reviewing CCTV where appropriate, contacting building management or supporting you with police reporting.

You can also speak to the team if something simply does not feel right. You do not need to wait until a situation becomes serious. Trust your instincts, come to reception and let Scape help you feel safe again.
