What should I do if I experience technical issues while booking?

If you experience technical issues while booking, try a few quick fixes first.

Things to try

  • Switch browser: Google Chrome often works best for the booking system
  • Use a different device: if you’re on mobile, try completing the booking on a laptop or desktop computer
  • Clear your cache: then close and reopen your browser before trying again
  • Check your internet connection: a weak connection can interrupt checkout or payment pages
  • Retry your payment: if the issue is payment-related, check with your bank or try another available payment method
