What security measures are in place at Scape?

Your safety is a big priority at Scape. Each building has measures in place to help keep residents, guests and the wider community safe, while still feeling welcoming and easy to live in.

Security features include 24/7 staffed reception, key fob or access card entry, CCTV in communal areas, entrances and external areas, and controlled visitor sign-in. Access is managed throughout the building, so only residents and approved visitors can enter resident-only areas.

You can help keep Scape secure by:

  • Keeping your key fob or access card with you at all times.
  • Never lending your access card to anyone else.
  • Making sure doors close properly behind you.
  • Not letting people follow you into keycard-protected areas.
  • Reporting lost keys, suspicious behaviour or security concerns to reception straight away.

All guests must be signed in and out at reception, and you are responsible for them during their visit. If something does not feel right, please speak to the Scape team immediately. There is always someone available to help.
