What is the total cost of my accommodation?

The total cost of your accommodation is your weekly rent multiplied by the number of weeks in your contract. You’ll see the full amount clearly at checkout before you confirm your booking, so you can review everything before making a payment.

Your total accommodation cost is also shown in your Booking Confirmation and in your Scape account, along with your payment schedule.

What makes up the total cost?

• Weekly rent: the price shown for your chosen room, building and contract.
• Contract length: the number of weeks included in your stay.
• Total residence fee: your weekly rent multiplied by the number of weeks in your contract.

You’ll also need to pay a damage deposit before check-in. This is separate from your rent and is refundable, as long as there are no charges for damage, cleaning or missing items at the end of your stay.

There are no extra admin fees or move-in fees added on top. If you’re unsure about the total shown, check your Scape account or contact the Scape team before confirming your booking.
