What is the “no visa, no pay” policy?
Scape no longer uses a separate “No Visa, No Pay” policy. This has been replaced by Scape’s Change of Study Circumstances policy, which is designed to support students when their study plans change for specific reasons.
If your visa issue means you can no longer start or continue your course as planned, you should contact Scape as soon as possible so the team can review your situation.
What to do next
- Check the current policy: read Scape’s flexible policies at scape.com/about/flexible-policies.
- Email the bookings team: contact bookings.uk@scape.com.
- Explain what has happened: include whether your visa has been refused, delayed or affected your ability to study.
- Provide evidence: attach official documents, such as a visa rejection notice or university correspondence, if relevant.
The team will review your request and explain which cancellation or refund terms may apply. Please wait for written confirmation before assuming your booking has been cancelled or that a refund has been approved.
