What is the “no place, no pay” policy?

Scape no longer uses a separate “No Place, No Pay” policy. This has been replaced by Scape’s Change of Study Circumstances policy, which may apply if your university place or study plans change in specific ways.

If your admission is refused, you withdraw from your course or your study circumstances change, contact Scape as soon as possible so the team can review your situation and explain your options.

What to do next

  • Read the current policy: check Scape’s flexible policies at scape.com/about/flexible-policies.
  • Email the bookings team: contact bookings.uk@scape.com.
  • Explain what has changed: tell us whether your university place was refused, your course changed or you are no longer studying as planned.
  • Provide evidence: attach written confirmation from your university or education provider.

The team will review your booking against the relevant policy and confirm the next steps in writing. Please do not assume your booking is cancelled or that a refund has been approved until Scape confirms this.
