What happens when I arrive at Scape?

Welcome home! When you arrive at Scape, please head straight to reception. Our team will be ready to welcome you, check your details and help you settle in.

Your check-in should usually take around 5 to 10 minutes, as long as everything is ready on your booking. During check-in, the team will:

• verify your ID and student documents
• confirm your payment status
• issue your key fob and post box key
• ask you to complete your gym waiver, if relevant
• confirm the Scape Code of Conduct
• give you a quick room and building briefing
• ask you to complete and sign your inventory

To keep things smooth, please have your ID, student documents and any booking information easy to access when you arrive.

Once check-in is complete, you’ll be able to head to your room and start getting settled. If you have any questions, need directions or feel unsure about anything, just ask the reception team. They’re there to help you feel at home from day one.
