If your payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed until a successful payment has been received in cleared funds. Don’t worry, there are a few things you can try. First, check that your card or bank details are correct and that your bank has not blocked the payment. You may also want to try a different card or payment method if one is available at checkout. ### What to do next - **Check with your bank:** they may need to approve the transaction, especially if you’re paying from overseas - **Try another payment method:** the options available to you will be shown during checkout - **Contact Flywire:** Scape’s payment partner can help with payment issues and tracking - **Speak to the Scape team:** we can help you understand what’s needed to complete your booking Your selected room may only be held for a limited time, so it’s best to act quickly if a payment fails. Your room is officially secured only once the payment has cleared and Scape has sent your booking confirmation email.
