What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed until a successful payment has been received in cleared funds.
Don’t worry, there are a few things you can try. First, check that your card or bank details are correct and that your bank has not blocked the payment. You may also want to try a different card or payment method if one is available at checkout.

Your selected room may only be held for a limited time, so it’s best to act quickly if a payment fails. Your room is officially secured only once the payment has cleared and Scape has sent your booking confirmation email.
