What happens if I choose the wrong room?
If you have not confirmed your booking yet, you can simply go back through the booking process and select the correct room option before making your initial payment.
If you have already confirmed your booking and realise you chose the wrong room, contact the Scape sales team as soon as possible. Your options will depend on timing, availability and whether you are still within your cooling-off period.
What may happen next
- Before confirmation: re-select the room you want before completing the booking.
- During the cooling-off period: cancelling and rebooking may be the cleanest option, depending on availability.
- After the cooling-off period: a room change may still be possible, but it is not guaranteed.
- If the new room costs more: you may need to pay the price difference.
