What happens after I complete my booking?
After you complete your booking, Scape will send you a Booking Confirmation email once your initial payment has cleared.
You’ll also be able to use your Scape account to manage the important details for your stay, including your contract, payment schedule and building information.
What happens next?
- Confirmation email: keep this safe, as it confirms your room has been secured
- Scape account access: use your account to view your Residence Agreement, invoices and payment information
- Payment schedule: check when your first instalment and any other payments are due
- Damage deposit: this is due before check-in and is separate from your rent
- Pre-arrival updates: Scape will send useful information closer to your move-in date
Before you arrive, make sure your payments are up to date and read any emails from Scape carefully. These will help you get ready for check-in and understand what to bring.
