What documents do I need to provide during booking?

You don’t need to upload documents during the online booking process.

When you book, you’ll confirm that you’re eligible to live at Scape as a student. Scape will then ask for the relevant documents before you arrive or when you check in.

Documents you may need

• Photo ID: such as your passport or another accepted form of identification
• Student ID or proof of study: to confirm your student status

These documents are checked in person at check-in, so make sure you bring them with you when you arrive. You may also be able to submit documents before arrival through the Scape App, where requested.

If you already know there could be an issue with your documents, contact bookings.uk@scape.com before you travel. The team can help you understand what’s needed and avoid delays on arrival.

Without the right documents, Scape may not be able to issue your keys until everything has been verified, so it’s worth getting this sorted early.
