What do I need to bring on move-in day?

On move-in day, please bring the documents and essentials you’ll need to complete check-in and get settled comfortably.

Documents to bring

• Passport or government-issued ID
• UCAS number or student ID number confirming your enrolment at a specified educational institution
• Your booking details, if you have them handy

You’ll also need to make sure your deposit and first instalment have been paid and cleared before you arrive. Without the required ID, student confirmation and payment confirmation, the team will not be able to complete your check-in or issue your keys.

Useful things to pack

Scape rooms are furnished, but you’ll need to bring your own personal items, including bedding, towels, toiletries, clothes, chargers, study materials and kitchen essentials such as crockery, cutlery and cookware. If your room has an induction hob, make sure any pans you bring are suitable for induction cooking.

Before you travel, it’s worth checking your building handbook and booking information so you know exactly what is included in your room. If you’re unsure about anything, contact the Scape team before move-in day and they’ll be happy to help.
